Cole-Hampton-Lee Family Reunion

          Greetings to all from the hosting city for the 2006 Family reunion. We pray that this correspondence reaches everyone in good health.  I am pleased to announce that we are working diligently on all the plans to make the 2006 reunion a success. We hope that the information in this first letter will meet with the family approval.

           

 

            As we all know the family reunion is always held on the second weekend in August. So mark you’re Calendar as our Reunion is set for August 11-13, 2006.  We have entered into contract with Select Hotel part of the Holiday Inn chain. The hotel is located in downtown Huntsville, located directly across the street from a relaxing river front and moments away from the museum and entertainment arena with different attractions.

 

 

            Per our negotiation with the hotel an initial block of 80 rooms have been set aside for our reunion. The rate for our family is $79.00 per night for double/king and $209.00 for a junior suite (only 8 are available). The hotel address is 401 Williams Ave SW., Huntsville, Alabama 35801-5045.             As customary we will have our formal dinner on Friday night August 11, 2006. We have chosen a down home southern meal that we are sure that everyone will enjoy. On Saturday August 12th we will have our picnic, Park chosen to be announced in next mailing... Attention all we our happy to announce the return of our talent show that will be held on Saturday at our picnic.  So start practicing those routines.             Lastly, our reunion is in the South and we pray that all will try to make it as the cost will be a little cheaper... We pray that everyone is in and stays in good health and that God sees us though all our trails.
