Dear Family,

 

                Once again the time is rapidly approaching to be reunited with loved ones. The hosting family of 2006 is excited to welcome all with open arms and hearts to the wonderful city of Huntsville, Alabama.

 

            With the reunion just around the corner we are striving towards our goal of having all of our bills paid in advance for both the banquet and the picnic. In order for this to happen we need the participation and commitment of all who are planning on attending this joyous event. All monies for the banquet and picnic must be in by May 15th (installments are acceptable ). Your checks are money orders should be made payable to Undera Cole- Williams- the bank will not honor those made out to Cole Hampton Lee.

           

As stated in the previous letter we will be staying in downtown Huntsville at the Select Hotel, which is part of the Holiday Inn chain. The hotel will have an initial block of 80 rooms held for the reunion. The rate for our family is $79.00 per night for double/king, and $209.00 for a junior suite (only 8 are available). The hotel address is 401 Williams Ave SW. , Huntsville, Alabama 35801-5045. Please reserve your rooms as soon as possible! To reserve your rooms please call 256-533-1400 or 800-465-4329, all reservations for the hotel must be made by July 5, 2006. Please make sure that when you call, you state that you are with the Cole Hampton Lee Family Reunion.

Dear Family,

This form will acknowledge your attendance at both the family banquet on Friday Aug. 11 and the picnic on Saturday Aug. 12. The fees attached will cover both of these activities and should be remitted as soon as possible. For those of you sending checks, please be mindful to adjust your accounts accordingly- we will use the badge system for admission to these events, badges will only be issued to those family members who are paid in full and in good standing. All monies must be in by May 15th!  If needed, four monthly installments can be made. Thanks in advance for your cooperation and God bless.
